Technician Bulk Invite via CSV
The Technician Bulk Invite feature allows you to efficiently manage technician invitations in Zoho Assist by uploading a list of users in CSV file format. This feature is particularly useful for large organizations, streamlining their user management efforts.
Navigate to Settings in the top Menu bar.
Under Organization, select Manage Technicians.
Click Invite Technician.
Choose the Bulk Technician tab to invite a group of technicians.
Select the Import via CSV option to open the CSV file upload page.
Ensure that the CSV file contains only the email addresses. A sample CSV file is provided for reference.
Click on the Upload CSV button to upload the CSV file containing valid email addresses.
Once the CSV file is uploaded, click on Proceed.
The uploaded technicians will be listed in the email box.
Click Invite to send invitations to the respective technicians.
Once the technicians accept the email invite, they will be listed on the Manage Technician Page.
If the invited technician already has a Zoho account, they can click on ACCEPT to join the organization.
If not, the technician will be redirected to the Zoho Assist homepage to sign up for a Zoho Account post which they will become a part of the organization.
You can also grant access to any custom role for a particular technician by selecting from the Role drop down menu.
You can also add the technician to groups under Departments & Groups.
Note: The email invitations sent to technicians will expire within seven days.
