Closing Your Zoho Assist Organization
Deleting your Zoho account may affect your access to other Zoho services. However, Org Closure allows you to permanently delete your Zoho Assist organization while retaining access to other Zoho services with the same email address, ensuring a seamless experience across Zoho’s ecosystem.
Things to consider before closing your Zoho Assist organization
- Export your data (Session Reports, Session Recordings, etc.) before closing the account, if needed.
- If you have a Paid subscription, you must first downgrade to the Free edition or cancel your subscription before proceeding.
You can only close an organization that is on the Free or Trial edition.
Steps to close your Zoho Assist organization
- Navigate to Settings > Organization > Organization Details > Org Closure.
On the Org Closure page, click Delete.
a. If you have a paid subscription, click Downgrade in the confirmation prompt as shown below to proceed. You will be redirected to the Store page to update your subscription.
b. Once downgraded, return to Settings > Organization > Organization Details > Org Closure and click Delete.- A confirmation prompt will be shown as below. Check the box "I understand, delete [org name] organization", then click Delete.
- You will be redirected to a password confirmation dialog for verification. Enter your password to complete the process. Once confirmed, your organization will be permanently deleted.
