Advanced Session Audit
The Advanced Session Audit empowers technicians to tailor session auditing based on their organization's requirements or needs. This enables the technicians to select specific event(s) to be logged and included in the session audit report, instead of recording every single event during a remote session. This ensures streamlined alignment and tracking of events throughout the session.
To enable the advanced session audit report:
Log in to your Zoho Assist account using your credentials
Navigate to Settings.
Under the General section in Settings, select Advanced Session Audit.
Enable the Advanced Session Audit by checking the corresponding box.
From the list of available events, choose the ones to be tracked in your organization's audit/event log.
Note: By default, events such as start and end of a remote sessions are logged.
