VoIP Based Phone Calls

Zoho Assist has now facilitated easy communication with the VoIP feature. Technicians can now switch to phone calls, provided they have the customer's contact number. This will allow the technicians to dial a number along with the country code and communicate effectively during a session.
 
 Steps to configure VoIP :
 1. During an ongoing session, technicians can click the Video/Audio chat icon.

2. Tap the Voice Chat option, then click the Phone Call option in the proceeding step.

3. If you are already on a voice call and want to switch to phone call, click the Yes button when the confirmation prompt appears.

 4. Select the country code and key in the phone number of the customer.5. You can check the call credits under the available call credits section.
6. To purchase call credits, select the Purchase Credits option.

7. To disconnect the call, click the disconnect button.

Note: This feature is available only in the US DC.
