Zoho Assist with Zoho Flow :
Integrating Zoho Assist with Zoho Flow :
- Log in to Zoho Flow and create your own automation space by providing your organization name, selecting your time zone and choosing the preferred format of date and clicking Create.
Click the create flow option to get started with designing your flow.
- Fill in the flow name and description suitable for the type of flow you're creating and choose Create.
- Choose the app-based trigger from the available triggers - App, Schedule & Webhook and click Configure.
- Search and select "Zoho Assist" in the app trigger window and continue by pressing Next.
- Select the "New Unattended Computer" trigger and click Next.
- To integrate your Zoho Asisst into the flow, click Connect.
- Configure the details of your connection by specifying the connection name and customizing it with required actions and triggers, and click Authorize.
- Click Done after filling in the variable name and selecting your department to complete setting up your Zoho Assist as trigger application in Zoho Flow.
Creating a Remote session in Zoho Flow :
- Once your Zoho Assist connection is integrated with Zoho Flow you'll be able to configure lists of tasks as actions using the applications and logic in the builder window.
- Search and select "Zoho Assist", navigate to Apps in the left side of the builder window to access the list of actions required to start a remote session.
- Drag and drop the Schedule Session action from the Zoho Assist dropdown to plan and organize a remote session with reminders.
- Click Done.
- To start a session, drag and drop the Create Session action from the dropdown and fill in the variable name, customer's email address and choose the type of the session from remote support or screen sharing based on the purpose.
- Click Done.
- Drag and Drop Update Unattended Computer action from the dropdown to update the details of the existing unattended computer.
- Click Done.
- Toggle "the your flow is" option to make the created flow live.
