Zoho Connect sync- Two-way ( Read-only)

If you have been using Zoho Connect in your organisation, you can manage both the Zoho Connect Calendar and Zoho Calendar in one place using the integration option provided in Zoho Connect. By doing so, all the events created in the Connect calendar can be seen in the Zoho Calendar. Similarly, all the events created in the Zoho Calendar can be viewed in the Connect calendar.

Steps to integrate Zoho Calendar with Zoho Connect calendar.

1. Log in to Zoho Connect.
2. Navigate to Integration from the right pane.
3. Select Zoho Calendar from the list of applications
4. Click on Configure to add a new configuration.
5. In the configuration details section, choose the Zoho calendar which you want to integrate from the list. All the calendars under Zoho Calendar's My Calendar section will be listed.
6. Check on the 'I agree to the terms of use and privacy policy provided by Zoho Calendar' checkbox.
7. Click Save and the configuration is created.

Once it is configured, all the Connect events can be viewed from the chosen calendar. If you make any changes in the connect events from the Zoho Calendar- those changes will not get reflected in the Zoho Connect calendar since it's only a partial integration. Similarly, the events created in the chosen Zoho Calendar can only be viewed from the Zoho Connect Calendar view.

Steps to disable/ delete the Zoho Calendar and Zoho Connect Calendar Integration

1. Log in to Zoho Connect.
2. Navigate to Integration from the right pane.
3. Select Zoho Calendar from the list of applications.
4. Select the integration configuration you want to disable/ delete.
5. Click on the Enabled icon on the top right to disable the configuration.
6. To delete the configuration, click on the delete icon on the top-right and Confirm Delete Configuration in the pop-up.

Once deleted, all the events that were integrated earlier will be removed from both Zoho Connect and Zoho Calendar.
