Zoho Meetings(Two-way sync)

The Zoho meetings application is a secure online platform for scheduling and conducting meetings and webinars. which comes with an in-built calendar. If you are using Zoho Calendar along with Zoho Meetings, both calendars sync by default without you manually syncing them. The owner of the event can view/edit /delete the events from both the calendars and any new events are instantly updated.

Events created in Zoho Calendar with Meeting-

All the events created from the Zoho Calendar with conference(Zoho Meetings) will be available in both calendars. The owner can view or modify any details which will be reflected in both calendars. If the meeting was recorded, the recording can also be viewed from both the calendars.

Meetings created from Zoho Meetings-

For all the meetings created in Zoho Meetings, an event will be added to the Zoho Calendar automatically. The owner can view or modify any details which will be reflected in both calendars. If the meeting was recorded, the recording can also be viewed from both the calendars.

Meetings created from other Zoho Apps-

For Meetings created from other Zoho services like CRM or Zoho Bookings, the meetings will be listed only in the Zoho Meetings calendar and the respective app calendar. These events can be viewed in the Zoho Calendar by syncing the Zoho CRM calendar with the Zoho Calendar.
