Sync Zoho App Calendars
Zoho Calendar serves you with a solution to integrate calendars from other platforms and manage them on one calendar interface. This provides a unified space to access calendars from Google Calendar and other Zoho apps and edit and manage events on these calendars right from Zoho Calendar. Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Task calendars can be synced with your Zoho Calendar. Although you cannot sync calendars from Zoho Projects you can subscribe to them and view them on your Zoho Calendar. All these calendars will be available on Zoho Calendar under Settings > App Calendars.
Sync with Zoho CRM Calendar
The Zoho CRM application comes with an in-built calendar where you can create and manage events. This calendar is restricted to Zoho CRM but if you want to access this calendar along with Zoho Calendar, the Sync feature on Zoho Calendar helps you do it. Once you have synced the Zoho CRM calendar with Zoho Calendar, it will appear under App Calendars in Zoho Calendar and you can manage your events suitably. Refer here
Sync with Zoho Recruit Calendar
If you have been using Zoho Recruit in your organization, you can manage your Zoho Recruit calendar on the Zoho Calendar itself. This saves you the trouble of having to shift between various Zoho Apps that support an in-built calendar. Using Zoho Calendar's Sync feature, the Zoho Recruit calendar can be synced and managed on Zoho Calendar itself. Refer here
Sync with Zoho Tasks
If you regularly use Tasks in Zoho Mail to keep a list of all your upcoming tasks and deadlines, you can sync it with Zoho Calendar and keep track of the tasks. This is a two-way sync, so data updated in one app will be simultaneously synced with both apps. Refer here
Subscribe to Zoho Projects
If you want to view your Zoho Projects calendar on Zoho Calendar, you can use the Subscribe option. When you subscribe to the calendar, all the events will be added to your Zoho Calendar schedule. The events on this calendar can't be edited on the Zoho Calendar. In case you want to make any changes to these calendars, you need to log in to Zoho Projects and make the necessary changes. Subscribe to Zoho Lens
Zoho Calendar provides you the option to sync your Zoho Lens calendar one way. This allows you to view your scheduled sessions from your Zoho Calendar grid. Before scheduling a support session in Zoho Lens, you can check your schedules from other calendars in your calendar grid to avoid overlaps. Refer here.
Sync with Zoho Meetings
The Zoho meetings application is a secure online platform for scheduling and conducting meetings and webinars. which comes with an in-built calendar. If you are using Zoho Calendar along with Zoho Meetings, both calendars sync by default without you manually syncing them. The owner of the event can view/edit /delete the events from both the calendars and any new events are instantly updated. Refer here.
Sync with Zoho Connect
If you have been using Zoho Connect in your organisation, you can manage both the Zoho Connect Calendar and Zoho Calendar in one place using the integration option provided in Zoho Connect. By doing so, all the events created in the Connect calendar can be seen in the Zoho Calendar. Similarly, all the events created in the Zoho Calendar can be viewed in the Connect calendar. Refer here.
