Make Integration

Make is a versatile no-code workflow automation platform designed to streamline and enhance your business processes. It allows you to automate workflows and repetitive tasks, synchronize data, and trigger actions across multiple platforms.

Using Zoho Calendar integration in Make, you can streamline scheduling by automating the process of event creation and reminders. It also allows you to connect with other apps seamlessly to simplify your processes.

Supported Triggers

  • Event created -Triggers for each new event that is created.
  • Event updated -Triggers for each time the event details are updated.
  • Event deleted - Triggers for every time an event is deleted.

Supported Actions

  • Create event- Creates a new event.
  • Update event- Updates event information.
  • Delete event- Deletes an event.
  • Quick Add event- Quickly creates an event from the calendar grid using Quick Add.

Getting Started with Zoho Calendar in Make

  1. Log into your Make account.
  2. Click Create a new scenario if you want to create a scenario from scratch or use the prebuilt scenarios available in Make.

  3. Click the + icon search and choose Zoho Calendar as the app you want to integrate.

  4. You can use Zoho Calendar as a trigger and also an action app.
  5. Choose the trigger you want to use for Zoho Calendar that you want to run from the listing.

    Note

    • You will be required to connect your Zoho Mail account; to do so follow the instructions provided below. If you have already established a connection, you may skip to step 9.
    • If you choose an action from the listing for Zoho Calendar, you will be prompted to choose a Webook to proceed further.

  6. Create a connection. Enter the required details for the connection and click ok.

  7. Log in to your Zoho Mail account if you have not already, then click Accept.

  8. After creating a connection, continue adding triggers and actions until necessary.

  9. Click Run once to test the scenario.
