Extensions - Using eWidgets

Zoho TeamInbox offers seamless integration across various applications with eWidgets. View, access information, and perform actions in those applications without leaving your inbox. 

1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
2. Go to a thread in your inbox.
3. Click the Comments icon on the top right corner of the thread.
4. Navigate to the Extensions tab.
5. Select the app you want from the eWidgets list.

Here are the various eWidgets that Zoho TeamInbox offers.

Click the respective links to explore the various extensions in detail.

Zoho CRM - Create deals, notes, tasks, and events for a contact directly from Zoho TeamInbox.

Zoho Desk - Access customer support tickets and perform activities on Zoho Desk without leaving your inbox.

Zoho Meeting - Create and manage meetings, and access all your meeting tools in Zoho TeamInbox. 

Zoho Recruit - Add candidates directly to Zoho Recruit while reading their emails or attached resumes. 

Zoho Vault - Manage all your passwords, cards, certificates and other confidential information right from your inbox.

Asana - View and manage your Asana tasks from your inbox. 

Trello - Convert your emails to tasks, view, edit or create new lists and cards in Trello right from your inbox. 

Note: Now you can pin up to three frequently used applications to the show extensions in the preview pane. The pinned eWidgets will appear as icons in the show extensions section, making them easily accessible.
