Zoho Meeting is an online meeting and webinar platform that lets you conduct virtual meetings via audio and video conferences. With Zoho Meeting extension for Zoho TeamInbox, access all the meeting tools without leaving your inbox. Create new meetings and manage those scheduled right from Zoho TeamInbox.
To use Zoho Meeting eWidget
- Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the Zoho Meeting app from the eWidgets list.
- Here you can view your scheduled meetings.
Create a quick meeting
- You can create meetings directly from Zoho TeamInbox.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the Zoho Meeting app from the eWidgets list.
- Click Meet now.
- Enter the participants and click Launch Meeting.
- Your meeting will now be created in Zoho Meeting. You can also choose to invite participants via email.
Schedule meeting
- Schedule meetings and add participants from your mailbox.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the Zoho Meeting app from the eWidgets list.
- Click Schedule Meeting.
- Enter the details of the meeting and click Schedule.
Join meeting
You can join your meetings from Zoho TeamInbox with the meeting key. Click Join Meeting and enter the meeting key to join.
