Activity log

Actions taken on every message will be recorded under the activity log for your reference. This will help you stay informed of the activities happening in your organization.
 
Only the organization admin can view the logs.

Accessing the activity log

Login to Zoho TeamInbox and click the icon from the top bar of the left pane. Here you can filter the log based on the activities like archived, commented, trashed, etc. You can also filter them based on the team and inbox. Just select the factor by which you want to filter the log and view the activities in the right pane. 

Here you can see who performed the action and at what time it was performed.
