Migrating emails from Zoho Mail

Migrate all your emails from Zoho Mail to Zoho TeamInbox.

  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner and select the Organization tab.
  3. Navigate to the Migration section in the left menu.
  4. Click Create Migration.
  5. Enter a name for future reference.
  6. Select Zoho Mail as the service provider.
  7. Enter the email address hosted on Zoho Mail from where you want to migrate the emails.
  8. Select the destination channel where you want to migrate the emails.
  9. If you want to assign the migrated emails to a team member, select the member.
  10. If you want to mark all the migrated emails as read, turn on the Mark migrated emails as read option.
  11. If you want to archive all the migrated emails, turn on the Archive migrated emails option.
  12. Click Start Migration.
