Zia Insights for Zoho Mail 

Zia Insights lets you know the mood of the sender of an email. It analyzes the tone of the content of an email and displays a sentimental score.  

Installation steps 

1. Login to Zoho Mail
2. Navigate to Zoho Marketplace and click on the install link for Zia Insights for Zoho Mail
3. You will be redirected to the Zia Insights Authentication page inside Zoho Mail
4. Click on the checkbox to give access to Zia Insights and click Install

You will now be able to access Zia Insights from eWidget inside Zoho Mail.

Open an email to see its sentimental score and compare it to the score chart to find out what it means.
