Other Actions


Apart from adding and managing employees in the Employees module, you can perform other actions such as exporting employee data and managing portal access for employees.


Export Employee Data

To export employee data:

  1. Go to the Employees module.

  2. Click the more icon at the top right.

  3. Select the type of employee details you want to export. You can choose between:

    Employee Details
    • Employee Basic Details
    • Employee Payment Information
    Employee Compensations
    • Employee Salary and Wage Details
    • Employee Tax Details
    • Employee Paid Timeoff Details
    • Employee Benefit Details
    Complete Employee Basic Details
    • Employee Basic Details
  4. Filter the employees whose data you want to export. You can filter employees by:

    • All Employees
    • Active Employees
    • Incomplete Employees
    • Terminated Employees
  5. Select the file type in which you want the employee data to be exported. You can choose between:

    • CSV (Comma Separated Values)
    • XLS (Microsoft Excel 1997 - 2004 Compatible)
    • XLSX (Microsoft Excel)
  6. Click Export.

The employee data will be exported in the selected file type and stored on your device. If you don’t see the file, check your system’s download folder or any custom download location set in your browser.


Manage Portal Access for Employees

The Employee Portal is a dedicated space for your employees where they can:

  • Sign and submit their withholding forms
  • Configure payment authorization
  • Access their personal, compensation, and tax details
  • Download their pay stubs

Based on your preference, you can choose to enable or disable the Portal Access for your employees.


Enable Portal Access

To enable portal access for an employee:

  1. Go to the Employees module.
  2. Click an employee.
  3. Under the Basic Details section, click Enable.
  4. In the popup that appears, click Yes.

An email invite will be sent to the employee’s Work Email address. If the employee does not receive the invitation, advise them to check their spam folder or contact support for further assistance.


Disable Portal Access

Prerequisite: The employee must have access to the Employee Portal.

To disable portal access for an employee:

  1. Go to the Employees module.
  2. Click an employee.
  3. Under the Basic Details section, click Disable.
  4. In the popup that appears, click Yes.

The portal access will be disabled for the employee, and they will no longer be able to access the Employee Portal.
