Payment History


The Payment History section in Zoho Payroll provides you with a detailed overview of all payments made for subscriptions and add-ons. This section helps you track your purchase history and download invoices effortlessly.


View Payment History

To access your payment history:

  1. Go to Settings and click Subscription.
    Subscriptions Button in Zoho Payroll Settings You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Store.
  2. Click Payment History. Payment History in Zoho Payroll

Here, you’ll find a comprehensive list of all your transactions.

List of Transactions


Details Available for Each Transaction

Each transaction includes the following details:

Field NameDescription
Transaction IDA unique identifier for the transaction.
TypeSpecifies the type of transaction, such as subscription, plan upgrade, renewal, or downgrade.
ProductIndicates the Zoho product associated with the transaction.
Plan NameThe name of the subscribed plan.
DateThe date on which you made the purchase.
AmountThe total cost of the transaction, including applicable taxes.
InvoiceClick the PDF icon to view or download the invoice for the transaction.

Filter and Search Transactions

If you’d like a filtered view of the transactions or want to locate a specific transaction, you can:

1. Filter Transactions

Click the dropdown on top-left to filter transactions by Purchases, Upgrades, Renewals, Downgrades, or a specific time period.

2. Search Transactions

Enter the Product Name or Transaction ID in the search bar at the top-right to find a specific transaction.
