Validation Rules
Ensuring the authenticity of data that enters the CRM system is one of the most intriguing tasks for any business. When there are several means by which data collection and entry takes place, it is crucial to set a rule to prevent invalid data from entering the system.
Validation Rules allows you to set a checkpoint that tells the user what value is allowed in a field. An error message is displayed whenever an inaccurate value is entered, prompting the user to rectify it to save the record.
In this video, you will learn to set rules that will check the accuracy of data based on the criteria, or by checking databases outside of CRM.
