Business messaging using WhatsApp integration just got more contextual
In addition to associating approved message templates as automation actions, sales reps can send Meta-approved templates manually to their leads and customers as B2C chats. Also, new features like threaded replies and previewing audio messages have been added to Zoho CRM's WhatsApp for Business integration. These enhancements add clarity, convenience, and context to your outreach programs.
Accessibility controls have been added to enable users of all abilities
Individual users can leverage 18 accessibility controls to accommodate their unique needs. These new controls are designed to support users with vision impairments, motor disabilities, and those who could benefit from enhanced interaction options. Users no longer have to deal with a "standard" CRM that only works for users without disabilities. Instead, they can perform all their tasks with ease in a CRM that can be configured to match their unique needs.
Choose only the necessary Deal fields during bulk lead conversion in CRM
You can choose and fill only the essential fields from any deal module layout during mass conversion. This lets you conveniently update fields based on your preference. Fields that are not selected here will be populated based on lead conversion mapping.

Canvas views extended to new modules
Canvas detail view now supports Calls, Tasks, Meetings, Services, and Appointments modules, allowing users to customize and enhance the visual display of these records for improved data interaction and clarity. Additionally, users can now create Canvas list views for Services and Appointments modules.
Cross-screen field support with conditional rules in Wizards and a "back" button for easier navigation
Cross-screen field support is now available in multi-screen wizards, enabling users to set condition rules based on fields filled in previous screens. Previously, conditional rules could only be applied to fields within the same screen. Now, users can show or hide fields on one screen depending on data entered on earlier screens. Additionally, a "back" button has been added at the bottom-left to help users navigate between screens.
CRM portal users can now log in using their mobile phone numbers
Businesses can now invite portal users using their mobile phone numbers. These portal users can log in using their mobile numbers and OTPs. Businesses can customize templates for these portal-related SMS messages. Please note that this enhancement is currently supported only for companies registered in India. Businesses can send portal-related SMSs from their registered sender IDs to customers in India.
