Get List of All the Departments
Description
You can use this API to get a list of all the departments in the portal.
Query Parameters
- last_sync_time: To retrieve the list of departments that have been modified after the provided time
- index: As the operator list is limited to 20 per fetch, you can use this param to fetch the next set of operators.
Note: If the index is not provided, then it will be taken as 1 by default.
