Data Administration

This section in Zoho People covers the various features and reports that help in tracking data and understanding data usage. Data Administration can be accessed under Settings (gear icon) on the top right corner of your screen.

Import History

This section shows the overall import activities performed in your account including the following details - form name, imported by, date of import, file name and record statistics on the number of added, updated and skipped records.

Export History

This section shows the overall export activities performed in your account including the following details - form name, exported by, date of export and number of records.

Files Usage

This report shows the overall used and unused percentage of file storage space in your Zoho People account.

API Usage

This report shows the current day's API usage status and also displays a detailed trend of API Usage in the last 30 days.
