Store and access key asset information
Add customer assets into Zoho FSM along with information like Asset Number, GIAI, customer information, asset address, and purchase and installation dates. Handle assets having multiple components
Some equipment and machinery may contain multiple components with different Asset IDs and warranty periods. Zoho FSM lets you group these components under one asset while enabling you to capture information unique to them. You can add multiple child assets under an asset to link them and add the Asset number, GIAI, warranty expiry date, and other details for each of the child assets.
