Partner Store - Introduction
Once you've been approved as a partner, you'll gain access to the Partner Store. This store operates on the single sign-on system (SSO), just like all other Zoho applications, allowing you to utilize your existing Zoho credentials. Additionally, if needed, you can request a change to the partner team to use a different email ID for logging in.
The Partner Store serves as a secure platform for partners to conduct transactions with Zoho and fulfill customer orders. Through the Partner Portal, partners can seamlessly add their new customers, who may not yet be registered in Zoho, to various Zoho services. Furthermore, Partner Portal enables partners to manage customer subscriptions by facilitating upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations. It's worth noting that all Zoho services with paid plans are seamlessly integrated with the Partner Store.
With robust security measures in place, the Partner Store is securely connected to both Zoho services and our payment gateways, enabling smooth processing of paid transactions. Additionally, the Partner Store offers comprehensive reports detailing partners' monthly and yearly sales revenues, revenue trends, customer count trends, and monthly commission reports.
