Request Customer
Partner has to send a request to the customer to work with him from the partner store.
Step 1: Log in to the Partner Store.
Step 2: From the left panel, under the Customers tab, select Request Customer Tag.
Step 3: Enter the email address of your customer.
Step 4: Click on Get Services List.

Step 4: Choose the service you want your customer to tag you.
Step 5: The customer will receive the request via mail. Once the customer approves your request, you will be mapped to them.
NOTE: If a customer is approached by partner A for CRM service, then partner B can't send a request to a customer for the same service until partner A request is denied or approved by the customer or wait for 15 days to get inactive. (At a time, only one partner can approach a customer for a particular service)
Step 6: The customer should access the authorization URL that was sent by the partner and can select the services that he can approve or deny.
Step 7: When the customer clicks the MAP button, we will map the services to the partner. An email will be sent to the partner about the services mapped.
NOTE: When the customer clicks the DENY button, we will not map the services to the partner and will also inform the partner.
If the customer is already working with another partner, then an email will be sent to the old partner informing about the mapping removal.
