How to Receive Your Partner Commission
You have the flexibility to initiate your commission payout at any time from the Partner Store, as long as your accrued commission meets the minimum payout threshold. The minimum values for commission payouts vary depending on the Zoho entity:
Zoho US and Zoho Singapore: The minimum commission payout is 500 USD
Zoho Netherlands: The minimum commission payout is 500 EURO
Zoho India: The minimum commission payout is INR 50000
To proceed with the commission payout, you will need to upload an invoice as a part of this process. For detailed instructions on how to complete the commission payout process, please refer to this help page.
Once you have successfully completed the commission payout process, Zoho will process your commission payment and send it to you through your preferred payment method, which can be one of the following: Bank account, Paypal, Cheque.
NOTE: The Cheque option is available only for partners based in US
You can easily update your preferred payment method and related details by navigating to the Payment Method page in the Partner Store.
It usually takes about 10 to 15 working days for the commission amount to reach you after you initiate the payout. This timeframe allows for processing and ensures that your payment is handled efficiently.
