The "Lead Registration" tab in the Partner Store is a valuable tool for managing and protecting your sales pipeline. This feature allows you to register the deals you are actively working on, ensuring the Partner team is informed about your ongoing sales efforts and providing you with exclusive rights to engage with these customers.
How the Lead Registration Tab works:
Register your Active Leads:
The Lead Registration tab lets you formally log the deals currently in your pipeline. By registering these leads, you ensure that it is documented in the system as a partner-registered lead. This process is essential for maintaining transparency and coordination between you and the Zoho Partner team, protecting your interests as you work to close the lead.
Exclusive Lead Ownership:
Once a lead is registered, it is registered as a partner-owned lead in Zoho's system. This status prevents the Zoho sales team from contacting the customer directly, providing you with an exclusive window to nurture and close the lead. The Zoho team will respect your registered status, ensuring that you have the primary responsibility for managing the customer relationship during this period.
