Updating your company details in the Partner Profile (screenshot (d2)) form within your US Data Center Partner Account is a mandatory requirement. Once you meet the minimum revenue criteria to qualify as an authorized partner, your submitted form will undergo approval. Following approval, your company will be listed on the Partner Listing website (Screenshot (e2)) with the designation of authorized, advanced, or premium partner, determined by your Tier level.

f2.Partner Accounts
As per screenshot (f2) the complimentary Zoho One license will be linked to the super admin email address associated with your partner account. This license can be utilized for internal purposes within your organization. The quantity of free licenses granted will be determined by your Partner tier level. Additionally, you have the option to acquire extra paid licenses in addition to the complimentary ones.

As shown in Screenshot (g2), you have the option to activate demo accounts with two users in each account, depending on your Tier level. When setting up these demo accounts, it is crucial to adhere to the specified guidelines.

i2. Early Access Page
As shown in screenshot (i2), you can utilize the Early Access option to integrate any of your existing Zoho accounts, whether they are paid or complimentary. This will grant you beta access to new features as they are introduced.

This practice ensures that the Partner Account Manager (PAM) can effectively track and access your performance. In Screenshot (k2), the "Add Projects" option allows you to include a variety of project types, including implementation projects, solutions, connectors, or marketplace applications.

k2. Add Projects Section
You are required to furnish crucial details regarding the customer's product and its implementation. These projects may pertain to either the current year or upcoming ones.

The Certifications view tab, as shown in screenshot (l2), displays the product certifications that you or your organization members have successfully completed. These certifications will not only be visible in this tab but will also be showcased on the Partner Listing website.

It is crucial to keep case study details up-to-date by completing the required fields in the system. Subsequently, these details will undergo validation by your PAM and, upon approval, will be listed on your Partner Listing website accordingly.
