As seen on the screenshot (o), once the customer mapping process is completed, you will be able to access and review the customer's account through the Customer Listing page.

MANAGE CUSTOMERS
On the customer listing page, simply click on the Green Gear icon and choose the "Manage" option.

You also have the option to directly upgrade an existing customer to a paid plan. If you are upgrading a customer from a free plan to a paid one, you'll need to provide your Credit card and Paypal details. The partner store securely processes the payment through our payment gateway without storing your credit card and CVV number.
Once the payment becomes successful, the partner store immediately activates the license within the Zoho service. Since the upgrade is initiated from the partner store and you input your payment details, we assume that it's your card or Paypal being used, and we charge only the partner price. You'll also receive the invoice for the payment to your email address.
NOTE: The Partner Store will tag this customer's account as "reseller card". This means all subsequent upgrades for this account can be done only from within the Partner Store, If the customer tries to upgrade this account from the Zoho service, a message is displayed to contact the Partner for further purchase.
To upgrade customer:
Step 1: Log in to the Partner Store.
Step 2: Click on the Customers tab.
Step 3: Click on the icon and click on Manage.
Step 4: Fill in the Plan Details and click on Enable License
NOTE: If you are using the customer's card but upgrading from within the Partner Store, please make sure to check the "I am using Customer's card" check box. This will tag the account as "customer card". This means all charges for this account will be deducted in full and the invoices will be sent to the customer's email. The commission will be assigned to you.
Step 5: Click on Confirm Purchase.
Step 6: Fill in the Customer Billing Details and click on Proceed.
