Invite users
Managing an entire business cannot be done by a single individual. It takes a group of people with different roles and responsibilities to work together and achieve better results. In CRM, you'll want to extend access permissions to the employees in your organization so that they can carry out their tasks. Zoho CRM lets you capture positions in your organization's hierarchy as Roles, and the access permissions for various features can be defined as Profiles. Once these two elements are set up, you can start associating them with the appropriate roles and profiles.
