What are cards?
Cards are specific actions that can be performed by a chatbot, such as giving suggestions, collecting a visitor's phone number or sending an email.
What is the card gallery?
The card gallery is a collection of actions that the chatbot can perform. These cards can be used to build your chatbot according to your business requirements. Drag & drop a card into the codeless bot playground to include that action in the chatbot's flow.
The card gallery is categorized into six sections based on functionality:
