Describe your current role in the organization.

I oversee the Concierge team, focusing on lead generation and team member training across various Zoho applications. Additionally, I manage the Jumpstart program for CRM, CRM Plus, Bigin, Desk, and Backstage, primarily enhancing revenue streams and operational efficiency.

Your most embarrassing blunder?

In 2008, I conducted a demonstration of OpManager for an individual, which turned out to be quite unsuccessful. To this day, I consider it one of my most embarrassing mistakes.

What were the highest and lowest points of your journey with Zoho?

Life naturally involves its share of fluctuations, but at this point, I don’t bother keeping track of them.
