My Quarantine in Zoho eProtect
Incoming emails that do not pass security filters will be quarantined in eProtect for the admin's perusal. From the Quarantine section, admins can choose to either deliver or deny the emails. Further, notifications can also be configured for the quarantined emails to ensure that they are not missed. As an eProtect user, you will also be able to view the quarantined emails that your email address has encountered in the My Quarantine section.
My Quarantine section will be visible to all the users who have been included as Self Moderators in the Quarantine section in Zoho eProtect. Reach out to your organization's administrator to enable My Quarantine view for your account.
To view user-specific quarantined emails, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Zoho eProtect account.
- Navigate to My Quarantine on the left pane. All your incoming emails that have been quarantined will be listed.
- Select Filter from the top menu to narrow down the results based on the reason for quarantine.
- Further, you can refresh the contents to view any new information.
- The following table lists all the reasons for an incoming quarantine.

Note:
The incoming quarantine data will be available for 60 days from the date of receipt, post which they will be cleaned up if no action is taken.
