BaseCRM configuration steps

  1. Log into BaseCRM as an administrator.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the user interface and click Settings.
  3. In the left pane, click Single Sign-On.
  4. Click Configure in the Single Sign-on page. 
  5. Copy the UUID value. This will serve as the Organization ID for integrating BaseCRM with Zoho Vault.
  6. Scroll down the page and select Manual setup.
  7. Paste the IdP Issuer ID, SSO URL, and Login URL copied from the Zoho Vault IdP details page.
  8. Click Save.
