Other Actions for Locations
Let’s have a look at all the other actions you can perform on locations:

Advanced Search
You can now use location as a filter criteria when you perform advanced searches. Here’s how:
- Click the Search icon at the top of the page.
- Select the module (let’s say, Invoices) and click Advanced Search.
- Select the Location and set other criteria if necessary.
- Click Search.
Note: The Location cannot be updated in case you have recorded payments or applied credits to the transaction.
Mark Location as Primary
By default, the organization’s initial details will be captured under the Head Office and will be marked as primary. You can, however, create a location and mark that as primary as well. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Locations under Organisation.
- Hover on a location.
- Click the drop-down next to it and select Mark as Primary.
(or) - Click the Star icon to mark a location as primary.
Edit Location
To edit a location:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner.
- Select Locations under Organisation.
- Select a location or hover and click Edit from the drop-down.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save.
Delete/Mark Location as Inactive
To delete/Mark a location as inactive:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Locations under Organization.
- Hover on a location and click Mark as Inactive/Delete from the dropdown.
