Zoho TeamInbox is built for teams to communicate and collaborate better. Team members do not have to switch between applications to communicate with teammates. With shared inboxes, you can manage and communicate right from your inbox, bringing all related email threads and discussions that go along with them under one roof. But why limit it to just emails? Zoho TeamInbox's versatility extends beyond emails, providing the opportunity to explore and access multiple communication channels in one consolidated view for an even more comprehensive and seamless team collaboration experience.
Importance of multichannel communication
Be where your customers are. Brands with better customer engagement always win. This is because when businesses make themselves available through diverse channels, they convey a powerful message of assurance, forging even stronger connections with their customers. Multichannel communication helps businesses to engage with customers on their preferred platforms, leading to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty. Businesses can reach a wider audience and build stronger relationships with their customers through multichannel communication.
While email continues to play a vital role in customer engagement, IM channels bring an exciting dimension to the table. Alongside email, businesses now have access to an array of communication channels that facilitate real-time interaction and personalized support.
Like a master chef tailoring a meal to individual tastes, businesses use multiple communication channels to deliver personalized experiences. Embracing multi-channel communication improves efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic business landscape where instant messaging (IM) channels play a vital role in meeting evolving customer expectations.
Telegram: Expanding business horizons
One such platform is Telegram, a popular instant messaging platform used by businesses across the world. Telegram has more than 700 million active users per month. It is often used as a channel for businesses to provide customer support, share updates, news, and promotional messages, or take orders from customers through one-to-one messaging or via Telegram Groups and Channels.
