Faster, smarter, and better
2022 has been a year full of breakthroughs, and with each step, new milestones were achieved. Though a lot of challenges came up, our earnest efforts have been for the best.
Each day gave us something new to learn and helped us approach challenges from different perspectives. In the end, it has all been about making business easier for valued customers like you. So, let's walk through the highlights of 2022:
Prioritized data security:
Last year, we started working towards HIPAA compliance for healthcare-related information, as we prefer to do things right when it comes to confidential information. This year, we've helped ensure that all sensitive information related to health care is handled with complete confidentiality.
Our survey tool now supports custom field encryption, allowing you to encrypt any information collected from your respondents. On the whole, Survey makes it easy to collect and store sensitive data with a multi-layer security protocol.
Improved survey restriction:
Allow or deny access to your surveys based on a respondent's IP address. You can add conditions to customize the restrictions and add a custom message to display when an IP address is denied access to the survey. This way, you can prevent one person from submitting multiple responses, and keep everyone informed about the process.
Smarter survey choices:
An unanswered survey is every survey creator's fear, and a boring survey is every respondent's reason behind it. We've added ways to make surveys personalized and engaging to encourage meaningful responses. Group and create long, complex logic conditions with question display logic, answer display logic, page skip logic, end page logic, and trigger email logic.
Use the Carry Forward option to change choice fields dynamically based on a respondent's previous answers and conditions.
Additionally, you can customize NPS questions with images of your choice. This means you have more ways to connect with respondents and make your surveys stand out.
SMS Deliverability:
Survey distribution through SMS is one of the most effective ways to increase your audience response rate, especially for surveys about customer satisfaction. You can now distribute your survey links by connecting third-party SMS accounts like Clickatell, Twilio, and SMS-Magic with Zoho Survey.
Limiting audience response quotas:
Limiting survey responses has been a tricky task for a long time. With quotas, you can limit responses at the survey and collector levels by setting a limit on responses. Choose from various actions to be taken when a quota is filled. The survey or collector can be closed, the respondent's survey session can be terminated, a completion notification can be sent to a list of email addresses, or the respondent can be redirected to the "survey over quota" page.
When it comes to reports, quota progress can be viewed, filtered, and managed in numerous ways.
Offline Android app:
We've heard your requests! Now, you can access surveys from any location through the offline Android app. Better survey access guarantees a better survey response rate for your surveys.
Easing the linguistic barriers:
A survey reaches its full potential when it reaches the highest number of people. From a business perspective, reaching every customer is essential for making critical decisions. We've had Google Translate until now, and offer two new methods of survey translation along with it:
Once additional languages are added, you can view the percentage of survey content translated, disable/enable additional languages, and change the order in which additional languages are displayed to the respondent.
Survey timeline:
Each action taken in your Survey account matters, which is why we've introduced Timeline Logs. You can now track the following on your surveys:
Survey data extraction:
Extracting survey data is an essential step in the survey process. Zoho Survey lets you export up to 500 individual responses as a PDF or ZIP file in a single request. You can also monitor the status of the export and the number of responses in the exported file.
