Reports and Statistics
Mail360 provides a comprehensive set of reports and statistics on various aspects of your Mail360 account's emailing experience. This section provides a set of reports specific to Native and Sync accounts. You have the ability to choose the specific time period and format in which you want to view each report. Additionally, you can export the image in JPEG, PNG, or SVG format to your local device for analytical purposes.

Access Reports
- Log in to your Mail360 account.
- In the left pane, navigate to Reports and click on it. The Reports section will appear.
Available Reports
The following reports are available in the Reports section:
- API Calls Report
- Sync Data Report
- Connection Failures Report
- ESP Failures Report
- Sent Mails Report
- Received Mails Report
API Calls Report
All the API requests made to the Mail360 from your applications are logged and the detailed statistics and reports of the API calls are available in this section. This report shows the chart depicting the number of API calls made to Mail360 over a specific period of time. The statistics regarding the number of successful and failed API calls are also available in the bottom right-hand side corner of this report, as Success and Failure. By utilizing the toggle switch, you can specifically view the desired statistics on the chart.
Sync Data Report
In the case of Sync accounts, emails are synced periodically. All the synced data is logged and the detailed statistics are available in this section. This report, generated specifically for Sync accounts, displays a chart illustrating the number of emails synced over a specific period of time.
Connection Failures Report
In the case of Sync accounts, the connection failures that occur between the Mail360 platform and the connected email account providers are logged. The report typically includes information such as the number of connection failures, the frequency of failures over a specific period, and the affected accounts or providers. This report, generated specifically for Sync accounts, displays a chart illustrating the number of connection failures over a specific period of time. Monitoring and resolving connection failures is essential as repeated instances of connection failures can lead to the disabling of the account.
- For detailed information about affected accounts, including email address, account key, and the number of failures, click on the Click here located at the bottom left-hand corner of the report. For more information about accounts with connection failures, select View Details.
ESP Failures Report
In the case of Sync accounts, detailed failure statistics of each connected service provider are available in this section. This report provides an overall picture of ESP failure statistics of all the Sync accounts connected to this Mail360 application, over the chosen period of time. This report, generated specifically for Sync accounts, displays a chart illustrating the number of failed synchronization for individual ESPs over a specific period of time.
Sent Mails Report
In the case of Native accounts, the statistics of the sent emails are available in this section. The report typically includes details such as the number of emails sent, successful deliveries, hard bounces, and soft bounces. This report, generated specifically for Native accounts, displays a chart illustrating the number of sent emails over a specific period of time.
The statistics regarding the number of Sent, Hard bounce, and Soft bounce emails are available in the bottom right-hand side corner of this report.
- A hard bounce means an email cannot be delivered for permanent reasons.
- A soft bounce means an email that couldn't be delivered because of a temporary problem with the receiving server accepting the email. Temporary reasons could be the recipient's mailbox is full or not configured correctly or inactive, the recipient's email server is down or offline, etc. Several attempts will be made to deliver a soft-bounced email.
By utilizing the toggle switch, you can specifically view the desired statistics on the chart.
Received Mails Report
The report typically includes details such as the number of received emails and spam emails. This report will be useful for administrators to know the volume and frequency of incoming emails. This report, generated specifically for Native accounts, displays a chart illustrating the number of received emails over a specific period of time. The statistics regarding the number of Received and Spam emails are available in the bottom right-hand side corner of this report. By utilizing the toggle switch, you can specifically view the desired statistics on the chart.
Choice of Timeframe
The reports provide users with the flexibility to select the desired date range, based on their preferences.
- Within each report, the option to select the date range is located in the top right-hand side corner of the report.
- Users have the flexibility to view reports for the last 7, 15, or 30 days, or they can choose a suitable custom timeframe, depending on their preference.
- By default, the report will display data for the last 7 day's timeframe.
Choice of View
The reports provide users with the flexibility to select the desired view, based on their preferences.
- Within each report, the option to select the view is located in the top right-hand side corner of the report.
- Users have the flexibility to view reports as Line, Bar, or Area chart, depending on their preference.
Export Reports
If you wish to utilize your reports for analytical purposes, you have the option to export them to your local device.
- Within each report, the option to export is located in the top right-side corner of the report.
- The image can be exported to a local device in the selected format.
