Activity Logs
The activity log section contains the record of all the configuration changes carried out in Mail360 UI during a specific period, typically the last 365 days. By maintaining a record of these write operations, it becomes possible to track and review interface changes over time. It is important to note that these logs will only be viewable by admins.
How to Access Activity Logs?
- Log in to your Mail360 account.
- Navigate to the Settings >> Activity Logs from the left pane.
- In this section, you can view the following details of actions performed in the account:
- Timestamp : Date and time of action.
- User : The user who performed the action.
- Entity : Entity where the action was performed.
- Actions : Action performed.
You can filter the activity logs based on the following criteria:
- Date and time range : Enter the span of the period within which the particular action was performed.
- User email address : Fill in the email address of the user who acted.
- Entity or Action : Choose the action or the entity based on which you wish to filter, from the drop-down list.
