The Settings section allows you to make application-level configurations and view application-level activity logs.
Manage Users
All the users for the Mail360 can be viewed here. You can filter users based on roles.
There are two roles in Mail360 :
- Admin
- Viewer

IP Restrictions
IP restriction is a feature that enables the admins to whitelist specific IP addresses or a range of IP addresses for accessing Mail360's APIs. By configuring IP restrictions, admins can limit the networks from which Mail360 APIs are called. Any access attempts from networks having IP addresses that are not added to the whitelist will be denied. To learn more about how to add IP restrictions, refer here.
Activity Logs
The activity log section contains the record of all the configuration changes carried out in Mail360 UI during a specific period, typically the last 365 days. By maintaining a record of these write operations, it becomes possible to track and review interface changes over time. It is important to note that these logs will only be viewable by admins.
