Inspired Business Services leverages Zoho Cliq's automation capabilities to offer tailored solutions to their clients

Inspired Business Services, based out of Australia, offers tailored business services (IT, communication, and waste management) to small and medium businesses.

As the company was growing and the requirements were doubling, Sean Tak, the co-founder, wanted an ideal software system that integrated well with all the tools they were using.

Switching to Zoho One, Sean found that every app in Zoho One was in sync with each other. When they started using Zoho Cliq, they realized how well it integrated with Zoho Creator. A custom Creator app was built for one of their clients, a laundromat, to handle every laundry order. They linked the Zoho Creator app to a Zoho Cliq channel using workflow automation, so every time an order was placed and the status was updated, the operations manager was notified in the Cliq channel. This limited the hassle of long email threads and gave instant access to updates.

"We've grown 60% in the last two years," Sean says, attributing the success to using Zoho.
