How to remote control an Android phone from my PC

  • STEP 1: Go to https://assist.zoho.com/ and log in using your Zoho Assist credentials.
  • STEP 2: Click on START NOW on the Zoho Assist homepage.
  • STEP 3: Share the session ID with your customer through SMS or email.
  • STEP 4: Instruct your customer to download the Zoho Assist Customer app from the Google Play Store.
  • STEP 5: Instruct your customer to enter the session ID and join the remote session through the app.
  • STEP 6: Your customer will be shown a prompt requesting that they download and install an add-on. If they want you to remotely control their phone, they proceed with the addon. Otherwise, you will only be able to view their device.
  • STEP 7: Once the necessary permissions are granted, you can remotely control the customer's Android mobile device.

How to remotely access an iPhone from a PC

  • STEP 1: Visit https://assist.zoho.com/ and sign in using your Zoho Assist credentials.
  • STEP 2: On the Zoho Assist homepage, click START NOW.
  • STEP 3: Share the session ID with your customer via SMS or email.
  • STEP 4: Instruct your customer to download the Zoho Assist Customer app from the App Store.
