The Challenge
Initially, Star Health Insurance relied primarily on TeamViewer for remote desktop software. But because TeamViewer provides unattended remote support capabilities to anyone with access to a device's keys, username, and password, devices could easily be accessed without the owner's permission. After considering multiple use cases, the company opted for Zoho Assist as its primary remote desktop software.
