Billing Address and Payment Method
Zoho Payroll allows you to manage your saved payment and billing information with ease. You can track and update the following details anytime:
Payment Method
The Payment Method is the preferred mode of payment (such as a credit card or PayPal account) used to process your subscription fees.
Update Payment Method
To update your payment method for subscriptions:
- Go to Settings and click Subscription.
You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Store.
- Click Your Store Details on the top right and select Payment Method.
- Hover over your saved card details and click Change.
- Make the necessary changes and save your updated card details.
Billing Address
In Zoho Payroll, the Billing Address refers to the address linked to your organization’s subscription invoices.
Update Billing Address
To update the billing address details which you choose to save in Zoho Payroll:
- Go to Settings and click Subscription.
You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Store.
- Click Your Store Details on the top right and select Billing Details.
- Hover over the saved address details and click Change.
- Make the necessary changes and save your updated address details.
With these simple steps, you can keep your payment and billing information accurate and up-to-date.
