Associating a Circuit with a Blueprint, Workflow and Button

Blueprints and workflows in Zoho CRM are designed to automate your business process. You can choose to trigger a circuit when certain conditions are met in a blueprint or a workflow. You can also execute a circuit as a button action.
Circuit in a Blueprint
Go to Setup -> Process Management -> Blueprint -> + Create Blueprint.
In the Create new Blueprint pop up, enter the Blueprint name, choose the Module you want to create the blueprint for, Choose Layout, Choose field based on whose value the blueprint must trigger.
Set the criteria for the records that you want to associate with this blueprint.
Click Next. The blueprint builder opens.
Drag and drop the states that need to be in the blueprint.
Select a transition. Click the After tab.
Choose Execute Circuit to associate a circuit with the blueprint.
The Configure Circuits pop up opens that displays the list of circuits created within CRM. Choose the desired circuit from the list and click Configure.

Circuit in a Workflow
Go to Setup -> Automation -> Workflow Rules -> + Create Rule.
In the Create New Rule pop up, choose the Module you want to create the workflow for, enter a Rule Name and the Description.
Click Next.
Choose When you want to execute the workflow, and set under which Condition the rule must apply to the records of the module.
Click Instant Actions and select Execute Circuit.
The Configure Circuits pop up opens that displays the list of circuits created within CRM. Choose the desired circuit from the list and click Configure.

Circuit in a Button
Go to Setup -> Customization -> Modules and Fields -> Choose a module -> Links and Buttons tab -> + New Button.
Enter the following details:
A name for the button and the description.
Select the place you want to place the button at.
for the button action, select Execute Circuit under Custom Actions.
The Configure Circuits pop up opens that displays the list of circuits created within CRM. Choose the desired circuit from the list and click Configure.

Circuits as Related Lists
When you create a circuit and associate it to a workflow, blueprint or a button, and when a record it appears as a related list on the record's Detail View page when the record .
You can view the details of the circuit's execution such as the start and end time, the duration the circuit took to execute, the current state the circuit is in, where the circuit was executed from (workflow, blueprint, or a button).
You can also know the status of the circuit such as success or failure, view the execution, retry or rerun the circuit from the related list itself.
