Zoho TeamInbox allows only service conversations and each WhatsApp Business Account gets 1000 free service conversations each month across all of its business phone numbers. You will have to purchase credits for conversations exceeding this limit. Learn more

    Choose the plan that best suits your organization based on the number of channels and features needed. You will have to pay the price per user according to the plan chosen. If you need more channels than permitted by your plan, you can purchase them as add ons.

  • How does the 14-day trial work?

    Our 14-day trial period is completely free and does not require your payment information when you sign up. During your trial, you can access all the features of our Professional plan and can add up to five users in your organization. Upon completion of your trial period, you will be required to to start paying according to our plan to continue using TeamInbox.

  • What payments are accepted?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment via NEFT bank transfers. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.
