How does the 15-day free trial work?
Just sign up for Zoho Tables and get access to all the features in the Professional plan—no credit card information required.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your free trial ends, you'll be automatically moved to our free plan. However, if you wish to keep access to all the features, we recommend switching to the Professional plan.
You won't be charged unless you directly subscribe to a plan on Zoho Tables, even if you're an existing Zoho customer and have shared your credit card information with us in the past.
If I'm a free plan user, will I get support?
Of course! Our Free plan comes with email support for all users. Feel free to reach out to us at support@zohotables.com—our support team is available to assist you on business days.
What is included in the jumpstart sessions for paid customers?
Our complimentary jumpstart session is designed to help new users set up Zoho Tables with ease. It includes an initial walkthrough of key features, assistance with configuring your workspace, and answers to any specific questions to ensure your team gets the most out of Zoho Tables right from the start.
How does my billing cycle work?
Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe for Zoho Tables. If you subscribe on the 20th of the month, your next billing won’t occur until the 20th of the following month (30 days after you sign up).
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription to Zoho Tables at any time?
Zoho Tables is a pay-as-you-go service, so you can cancel your subscription at any point in your billing cycle—no long-term commitments or year-long contracts.
Will I lose my data if I cancel my Zoho Tables subscription?
No, you won't lose your data or configurations if you cancel your subscription. You’ll be moved to the free plan, and your operations will be limited to what is allowed in the free plan. When you resubscribe, you'll be able to access all the features and perform all actions.
Is Zoho Tables available as a part of Zoho One?
If you're an existing Zoho One customer, you'll have access to the Professional plan of Zoho Tables.
