YubiKey for MFA
Zoho One now supports YubiKey, the unique hardware authentication tool from Yubico, as an option for multifactor authentication. Organizations now have the flexibility of configuring the method of MFA from a list of options and securing access.
Capture more data
Admins can now capture extensive user information while adding, importing or syncing users. Apart from available fields, they can create up to 50 additional custom fields.
Enhanced Zia Search
Enhanced Zia Search now within the Zoho One launcher allows users to find data across the organization. Accomplish more with your personal search assistant that pulls search results from across the Zoho One suite.
Blockchain technology
Users can now digitally sign their documents with added confidence thanks to the blockchain-based timestamping we have introduced in Zoho Sign.
When someone digitally signs a document using the app, an Ethereum transaction takes place in the background where the hash of the signed document is added in the transaction notes. This transaction information is then appended in the form of a block to the Ethereum public blockchain, carrying a timestamp that affirms the signing of the document at that time.
