He loves a game of tennis, helps coach his son's football team and enjoys a hike in the Lake District or Wales with his family.

With experience in ERP solutions, Varoon supports Zoho's Mid-Market UK accounts. He loves working directly with customers to solve problems through the adoption of Zoho's diverse technology solutions. He thrives on finding the best-fitting products to save his customers time whilst streamlining their processes. Outside work, Varoon likes to exercise, travel and meet with friends.

Suriya joined the Zoho UK team as an Account Management Executive in 2024. Her background is in recruitment and client management, but Suriya has always had a strong interest in the SaaS industry and is excited to be developing this in her role at Zoho. In her free time, Suriya is passionate about staying active and pursues hobbies such as hiking, kickboxing, and anti-gravity yoga.

Abi joined Zoho in 2023 as a UK Account Manager. With a sales and account management background in Insurtech, she brings a passion for cultivating strong client relationships and a knack for understanding unique business needs. She aims to ensure that her client’s experiences with Zoho are nothing short of exceptional. Outside of work, Abi has a small crochet business called ‘The Snuggle Bee’. She loves to travel and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Samantha has more than 10 years of experience in account management, specifically in the fleet risk management and SaaS industries. She is passionate about strategically aligning with clients to drive their success, seeking to build long-term relationships that help businesses achieve their goals. Outside of work, Samantha loves to travel and explore new places, and spends her weekends and evenings running or doing Pilates. She also loves to spend quality time with her family and friends.

Karl joined Zoho with nearly 10 years of Account Management experience and 6 years in the IT/SaaS industry. He now works with our larger accounts in the UK, helping them maximise their ROI using Zoho software. His passion for growing businesses through digitalisation helps him build long-term relationships with customers. Outside work Karl loves to personally develop where possible, including reading, creating content and playing a few tunes on guitar and harmonica.

Lumi joined Zoho in November 2023. In previous roles, she managed accounts in various industries, gaining insights on how different businesses work whilst developing great adaptability skills. Lumi really enjoys proposing strategic development plans to ensure sustainable client growth through the use of Zoho's suite of products. Outside of work, Lumi is a keen powerlifter and a proud member of the British Drug-Free Powerlifting Association. She also enjoys hiking and completing puzzles.

With over 8 years of experience in sales and account management, Zain joined Zoho in February 2022 as a Key Account Manager. Working with his named accounts, Zain enjoys building deeper relationships and providing them with solutions from the many Zoho apps. Outside work, Zain enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.

Tony joined Zoho in September 2024, bringing to the UK team 18 years worth of experience in client relationship management from the travel, accommodation, events and SaaS sectors. Tony enjoys getting to know his clients, ensuring that they receive the best service possible whilst taking advantage of the many applications Zoho offers. In his spare time, Tony and his wife travel to many different cities, and Tony also enjoys playing tennis and swimming.
