If I wish to cancel the service midway, can I get a refund?

How long will we get Hyper care support?
Hyper care support will be available for a defined duration for providing clarifications, resolving issues and offering guidance to customers, in the smooth take over of the solution delivered. As part of the statement of work the time duration for Hyper care support will also be communicated.
Who will support us after the project sign-off stage?
Our product's technical support team will assist you with your product-related queries after the hyper-care support phase is complete.
