Bidding exiting employees a joyful farewell is what all good companies want to do. As happily as we welcome them when they join our company, so do we celebrate their exit and wish them the best for their future.
At times, they might leave hurriedly in mid-January, with their impending bonus only getting credited by the end of March. So they've received their full and final settlement and left your company, but you still need to pay them that bonus. Enter the resettlement process.
You can just go to the pay runs module, find the drop-down menu, and click Resettlement Process to settle all your dues to your ex-employees easily.
