Can I add a user to the users list now and provide them access to my organization later?

Yes, you can add an user to the user list without providing them access to Zoho Expense immediately. You can skip the invitation email for these users and invite them later to access Zoho Expense. Hereโ€™s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

    Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click Users under Users and Control.
  • Click + New User in the top right corner of the page.
  • Enter the details of the user and check the Skip invitation email box.
  • Click Add. The user will be added, and you can send the invitation link later to access Zoho Expense.
